 Collaborates with the Transport General Manager on all Transportation and logistical areas including routing ways to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation services
 Frequently coordinate with transportation staff to track the activities of the vehicle, speed, location, and driving routes as well as the driver's behavior
 Conduct training and orientation to all new hire drivers to explaining them the importance of the Vehicles Tracking System VTS, and educate them and follow all Transportation General Authority TGA rules and requirements for all drivers and trucks
 Serving a training to all transportation staff on how to utilize the VTS and the importance of it
 Responsible for the registration of all company assets like trucks and trailers to the wasl platform in behalf of VTS services provider
 24/7 Monitor of 1700 Truck and Trailer activities as well as the driver's behavior
 Responsible to assign the driver to Truck Assets and assign to the corresponding project thru VTS.
 Responsible to assign the Assets Truck & Trailer from operation to spare Assets, from spare Assets to operational assets, in vice versa thru VTS
 Making a policy rule on how to utilize a company vehicle in accordance with Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) requirements.
 Prepare the fuel consumption report, and fuel drop case report for all operational trucks and submit to the Project Manager
