Collaborates with the Transport General Manager on all Transportation and logistical areas including routing ways to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation services
Frequently coordinate with transportation staff to track the activities of the vehicle, speed, location, and driving routes as well as the driver's behavior
Conduct training and orientation to all new hire drivers to explaining them the importance of the Vehicles Tracking System VTS, and educate them and follow all Transportation General Authority TGA rules and requirements for all drivers and trucks
Serving a training to all transportation staff on how to utilize the VTS and the importance of it
Responsible for the registration of all company assets like trucks and trailers to the wasl platform in behalf of VTS services provider
24/7 Monitor of 1700 Truck and Trailer activities as well as the driver's behavior
Responsible to assign the driver to Truck Assets and assign to the corresponding project thru VTS.
Responsible to assign the Assets Truck & Trailer from operation to spare Assets, from spare Assets to operational assets, in vice versa thru VTS
Making a policy rule on how to utilize a company vehicle in accordance with Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) requirements.
Prepare the fuel consumption report, and fuel drop case report for all operational trucks and submit to the Project Manager
Managing day-to-day operations for transporting medical goods and medical devices in different hospitals in kingdom-wide.
Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
Organizing with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures to achieve customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily distribution routes through GPS and identify improvements in time service.
Manage the resource/Driver’s availability and allocation of vehicles.
Assisting the customer complaints and identifying their demand in terms of quality of services
Making a policy rule on how to utilize a company vehicle in accordance with Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) requirements.
Monitor the temperatures status for all fridges Vehicles carried with medical goods to ensure the products are in a cool place as per the Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA)
Managing when it comes to utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and deliveries.
Manage and enforce completion of daily vehicle pre‐trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Perform all duties as per sales and marketing planning for the distribution and transporting of medical goods in different government hospitals at any point in the Kingdom
Communicating on a daily basis to all marketing and sales teams internally
Monitoring the daily status of all Vehicles off road (VOR) such as accidents, breakdowns, and vehicles having a preventive maintenance
Manage and prepare the forecasting budget for the fleet maintenance cost
Determine the scope of repair or maintenance works orders
Strictly monitor the availability of Vehicles whenever required
Monitoring the consumption used of all fleet’s spare parts, Fuel, including Engine Oil and other parts.

Monitor the allocation and utilization of 1125 Sales Van, 175 Trucks & Trailers, and 450 light vehicles
Communicating on a daily basis to all regional Fleet Managers including Gulf regions (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain) to monitor the number of operational Fleet Assets
Monitoring daily status of all Vehicles off road (VOR) such as accidents, breakdowns, and vehicles having a preventive maintenance
Determine the scope of repair or maintenance works orders
Strictly monitor the availability of Vehicles whenever required
Conducting analysis of consumption cost against to the forecasting budget
Acquiring and utilizing all GPS features in related to managing and monitor of fleet assets
Maintain a daily monitoring temperatures status for all Vehicles delivering a portion of fresh food to the markets to ensure the products are good quality when delivered to markets
Monitoring the route compliance reports of every sales van to ensure the product are delivered on time to the customers
Coordinates always with the Sales team to ensure all salesman are visiting all customers assigned to him
Maintained accurate allocation of 25, 000 Fridges assets in the Markets entire KSA and Gulf (Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar)
Making daily and weekly and monthly consumption reports both Fuel consumption and parts consumption
Making daily, weekly, and monthly temperatures report and sending to the top management
Provide effective transportation support
Establish of vehicle management system in accordance with UNOPS vehicle management policy and procedures
Manage and coordinate transports related tasks including driver schedules, vehicle assignment, leaves, and overtimes
Maintain daily vehicle inspection (check list) and report any problem using the vehicle defect form
Supervise drivers to make sure their vehicles log book is properly completed and accurate procedures are followed
Review accurate daily vehicle log and control petrol consumption and mileage
Review and clarify invoices and procurement documents related to the transport and maintenance
Prepare monthly maintenance plan and ensuring proper maintenance, servicing and repair of all office vehicles and transport for top performance and safe operating conditions
Prepare procurement plan of vehicle spare parts and handle the inventory control of vehicle spare parts
Handle the insurance coverage and prepare necessary documentation for reimbursement claim
