1. Supervising annual stock audit for the entire business group, over 500 locations which include industries like Trading, Automobile, FMCG and Electromechanical work. 
2. Reconciliation, finalization, discrepancy adjustment transaction and preparation of inventory audit reports. 
3. Communicating the discrepancy report with concerned HOD and seeking justification, an action plan in order to settle the primary discrepancy transaction account.
4. Planning various stock audits such as Surprise inventory, Spot check, Annual Inventory, Job card checking & Documentation.
5. Periodic visits to showrooms and warehouses for stock counts, document verification (inbound and outbound) and general observation of warehouses and showrooms.
6. Ensure all departments dealing with inventory adhere to group policies and procedures for better control and reduce shrinkage. 
7. Perform various inventory transactions in Oracle which includes item creation, supplier creation, and other stock adjustment transaction for different scenarios. 
8. Draw & enhanced standard operating procedures and for warehouse/ showroom management and inventory management. 
9. Analyze purchase orders and budget comparison.
10. Supplier evaluation and comparison, supplier invoice processing in coordination with accounts department. 
10. Monitoring stock replenishment, reduce ordering cost and storage cost. 
11. Preparation of different monthly reports like Ageing, Inventory provision, Inventory turnover, DIO, Shrinkage report, GOC Report, Expiry report, Purchases v/s Budget, and other reports.
12. Follow up and coordinate with departments for supplier short/excess shipments, Lease machines, Goods on consignment and reconciliation of transactions.
13. Assisting accounts department, internal and external auditors for various functions and reports, thereby accomplishing department objectives.
14. Coordinating with IT Department for inventory period closing and opening, technical assistance and support, changes and improvements for various reports and other miscellaneous functions.
