 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the production department
 Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labors and equipment’s to meet production target.
 Plan and estimate the annual budget proposals, estimate of materials, equipment’s, and manpower requirements for the plant.
 Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
 Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work.
 Erect quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures.
 Develop equipment maintenance schedules with maintenance department and recommend the repair / replacement of machines.
 Train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
 Discuss work priorities with subordinates and maintenance department.
 Control and minimize cost of production while providing consistently quality product.

 Control of Parameter related to Mills / Kiln
 To maintain standard parameter in range and achieve smooth operation
 Targets to achieve at full capacity within range maximum output with safety and smooth operation
 Controlling manpower and directing field operation
 Addresses abnormality, inspects and modify reports to supervisors
 Supervising related jobs during stoppages, co-ordinate with concerned Mech'l, Elect’l, PLC and Refractory dept.
 Calibrating of weigh feeders charging of media and liners replacement data followed
 Responsible for the Crusher Stacker Reclaimer Operation as per Specification Standard
 Follow-up of maintenance routine check-up and coordination with quarry for stock pile condition of raw materials
 Responsible to have a smooth steady operation of packing plant with regularized dispatch
