10. Arranging Hotel booking, Flight reservations, daily lunch, dinner etc.
Managing the General Manager office by giving full assistance to him by looking after the daily internal and international correspondence, including meeting, appointments and business trips, filling, booking hotels and flights, arranging meetings and seminars and related required materials, making Pos and the follow-ups beside to the other secretarial related tasks using different office equipment like fax machines, photocopiers and PC with its different program and software like MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point and some other designing and graphic programs.
