• Work closely with the employees and business leaders to understand the overall facility requirements of housekeeping, safety, landscape, helpdesk, WTP/STP, electrical & plumbing.
• Implement the processes to have a smooth functioning of the facility.
• Make yearly budgets and identify the agencies to implement the plan.
• Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
• Evolve performance measures to evaluate the performance of the facilities team to various aspects of facility management. Setup targets for the same.
• Evolve training programs to ensure implementation of the procedures.
• Review performance on a regular basis and make changes to procedures and training to meet the set targets.
• Put in place mechanisms to get feedback from employees on their issues and change procedures in line with the same.
• Interact directly with the clients on issues and improvements
• Manage vendors to ensure high quality and low costs with constant improvement in quality.
• Use ApartmentAdda tool for communication.
• Prepare and implement check lists for electro mechanical system.
• Coordinates and performs plumbing, construction, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Regular report preparation and presenting the same in the meetings.
• Prepare invoices and calculate the basic financials.
• Adhere to the SLA and also customize the SLA depending on the Facility
• Knowledge on basic construction maintenance.
