-The company owns over 20 factories in UAE, AGCC Countries and Yemen, for which the position mainly focuses on being the link between the different units and Head Office Management, HR & Admin Dept of the Group, and Government Authorities
-Obtaining the required permits, and ensuring full compliance from the units’ side.
-Employees’ welfare, Insurance, accidents and compensation management
-Enhancement and development of work environment in factories in coordination with Units’ heads and HSE Authorities.
-Event management
-Created and developed and Employee’s Handy book with companies polices and major country’s rules and regulations (labour law)
-Implemented the first software for document control to include each and every employee data base with scanned documents
-Coordinate and negotiate the Hotel rates with the different hotels in Abu Dhabi and provisions
-Meet and negotiate Insurance Health coverage for enhancement if any.
