Operations related responsibilities:
● Rolling out dealer campaigns for all brands mentioned above in conjunction with banks
● Assisting in developing, planning and executing campaigns/promotions
● Ensuring Promotions rolled out are accurately perceived and practiced
● Assisting in gaining success of the campaigns
● Collecting, maintaining and studying data related to the campaign juxtaposed to revenue generated
● Visiting each dealer outlet to make sure things are smooth and addressing if any issues
● Communication mediator between brand dealership, business managers, and head office and banks
● Ensuring company’s goals and objectives are met in terms of targets
● Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders such as banks and dealership
● Focal point for all the parties involved in the banking transaction
● Familiarization of bank lending policies
● Ensuring no customer leaves the dealership premise unhappy due to finance refusal
● Ensuring detailed reports are maintained
● Providing training to all parties involved when deemed necessary
● Managing and supervising team practices
● Responsible for the growth of team personnel

Credit Operations related responsibilities:
● Analyzing and Evaluating customers in case of availing in house finance facility for down payment
● Authorized signatory for the approved cases for a prescribed limit
● Ensuring minimization of the Errors
