Working as a Dev-Ops Engineer and I'm responsible for mainly in support developers to move software artifacts to live environment. I'm responsible for production builds and releasese as well as keep production up and running smoothly.
I was the most senior developer in the team and had to do the end to end software development. I managed 6 member team including QA to deliver more reliable and efficient softwares to our clients.
Maintained and added technical features to support continuous delivery of projects.
An experienced team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has the ability to work independently under pressure can lead, motivate and influence others and can train and mentor subordinates.
Projects
• Member of the team in obtaining the certification ISO27001:Information security in my internship.
• Developer of the Front End Application Imagine System Developed for the Department of Immigration and Emigration of Srilanka.
Mainly worked on integrating a reporting system using Jasper and iReport-IDE.
• I was the part of the Quality Assurance team in testing Front End Application Imagine System.
• I have developed SMS-Messaging system for the project proposal of Peoples Leasing Pvt Ltd. Srilanka.
B. Sc (Hons) Software Engineering Sandwich Degree Programme (Fulltime – 4 years) This programme enables to understand and apply the software systems of engineering principles, design skills, good management practices, computer sciences and mathematical formalism in practice. It consists of one year fulltime industrial placement, which is considered as the cutting edge of this degree programme.
