Reports directly to GM-Sales & Service on weekly, monthly & yearly meetings. Individually handles APAC business operations & interacts with customer as single point of contact for the company. Responsible for operations of 3 stock warehouses & lead for a team of 3 sales officers as part of Asia Pacific region.
Prepares cost working, quotations, invoices, logistic arrangements and payment follow ups. Issuing PO’s to Factory for monthly branch office warehouse requirements, sales planning and requirement gathering from market. Product cost analyzing with market cost, data management, client visits & reports generation.
Frequently travels throughout APAC region for business meetings & project site visits. Technical data advice to customers on service and maintenance of equipment’s. Extensive knowledge on D-Wall Casings, CFA, Kelly bars, Sonic & Rock drilling bits & tools in piling and mining industry. Specialist on diaphragm wall equipment spares like Cutters, CSM, De-sanders, filter press and grouting.
Reports to mechanical workshop manager on machine condition on project sites and regular updates on site requirements. Supervising all over hauling works and hourly maintenance on machines in workshop and projects, worked on BAUER piling rigs like BG26/28/30/36/40, Sany Rigs 220/260/280, Cranes & Klemm anchoring machines etc.
Ordering of spare parts to OEM’s, problem analyzing and determining suitable solutions for equipment effective. Specialized in setting up diaphragm wall slurry filtration equipment like desander, filter press etc. worked in both piling and diaphragm wall drilling projects.

• Over-viewing of operations at bimetal bush and steel bush lines and ensuring the daily target is achieved through production.

•Successfully implemented ERP software data in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
•Price master working to save effective cost & monitoring on daily basis in for production and subcontract cost.
•Started PPAP, control plan for part numbers in production line.
•Organized and Reviewed sub-contracting entities job works.
•In-charge of daily production and monthly material billings.
