Pre-Contract Activities:
1. Obtain and review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
2. Analyse the scope of works and identify the key tasks, materials, and labour required.
3. Prepare a detailed estimate of the cost of the project, including labour, materials, and any other costs.
4. Prepare a risk assessment and cost plan for the project.
5. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations for materials and labour.
6. Prepare and submit a detailed tender submission.
7. Negotiate with the client to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.
Post-Contract Activities:
1. Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that it is delivered on time and within budget.
2. Liaise with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
3. Monitor costs and ensure that they are kept within the agreed budget.
4. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the client.
5. Prepare and submit any necessary variations to the contract.
6. Monitor the quality of the works and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
7. Prepare and submit final accounts and claims for payment.

Manage Variations to the Client - Identification, Preparation, Submission and follow-up. Manage Monthly Interim Valuations - Verify progress at site, Arrange joint Inspections, Preparation of Valuations and follow up.
Control Sub Contract Progress payments, Variations and Final Settlements.
Prepare Periodical Reports on Client Variations, Interim Valuations, Sub Contract Payments and Variations to Sub Contractors.
Advise Site management Team on Contractual matters & Cost control.
