• Principle responsibility and accountability is to maintain data consistency, configuration and accuracy in accordance with established protocols and conventions.
• Use of data supplied by supplier / manufacturer / end user to enter catalogue records.
• Defining Material / Item Classification, Spare, General or consumable using the item type definitions
• Catalogue in accordance with current protocols and naming conventions.
• Maintaining material data integrity
• Maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong functional and working knowledge in Material Modules (SAP, CMT) Good Exposure to petrochemical, Oil & Gas Exploration, and Cement and Textile manufacturing Industry ERP System.
• Creating Bill of Materials, Data Cleansing, Material Master Updating.
• Creating Catalogue’s for Materials & Plant spares.
• Familiar with SAP TOOL & SOFTWARE
• Bill of Materials for Life cycle Requirements
• Document & Material master preparation
• Stores Physical & Stock Verification.
• Updating of SLD, P&ID with respect to Plant Changes
• Stock Proposal Form (SPF) Preparation
• Risk Spare Analysis (RSA) & Hierarchy Preparation
• Physical Verification at site
