 Financial and Technical review of Detailed Techno Economic Feasibility report prepared by a third party consultant.
 Preparation of EOI, RFQ & RFP; issuance, scrutiny and evaluation of received application / bids thereof.
 Conducting Pre-Application / Pre-Bid meetings and preparing replies / clarifications to the applicant / bidders.
 To frame presentations and to present the same before Ministry, GoI / any other committee appointed by Ministry, in relation to finalization and evaluation of project proposal.
 Obtaining approvals from the Statutory Authority / Ministry, GoI with respect to approval of the Project for bidding and award.
 Preparation of Draft Concession Agreement for PPP / PFI Projects.
 Post signing of the Concession Agreement, follow-up of compliance and scrutiny of Conditions Precedents of both Authority and the Concessionaire, till Award of Concession.
 Based on the Concession Agreement, provide advice on implementation, operation and/or termination of the PPP / PFI Project.
 Frame various time to time and routine formats/ pro-forma, as per the Concession Agreement, for monitoring the efficient operation of the Project.
 Evaluation of Total Gross Revenue of the Project and calculation of payable Royalty.
 Review of Performance Standards of the PPP / PFI operator and calculation of Liquidated damages.
 Assisting and advising the Authority with respect to the compliance of Termination Procedure during Termination of a PPP / PFI Project.
