Projects:
• Propane Spheres (4849 cum capacity) and related piping from the berth line
• Additional Butane Tank (55m dia x 25m height tank) and the process piping facilities
• Modification works of bunded tank farm inside operating Terminal.
• Interlinking ENOC facilities with Gulf refinery company to supply Jet Fuel, Dubai
• Jet A1 Fuel Pipeline project between ENOC facilities & Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
• Design and review of the Civil / Structural deliverables for major Oil & Gas onshore EPC projects
• Expedite the project execution works, follow ups with the schedules and ensuring the contract compliance.
• Technical evaluation, project specifications, scope of works, Pre-qualification of vendors.
• Project Engineering & technical support, field inspections, RFIs, Site engineering queries on daily activities, Payment applications, variations, cost control.
• Review of method statement, risk assessment of the jobs and conduct Job safety analysis (JSA)
Projects: De-lining facilities for reduction Area at Emirate Aluminum (EMAL).
• Coordination with equipment suppliers and provide inputs to the civil/structural design office and ensure the same has been captured in the drawings for construction
• Tender specifications and technical bid evaluations were prepared to short list the tenderers and involved in the bid clarifications and negotiations as lead for civil/structural discipline
• Review of connection designs, structural erection procedures, method statements and risk assessment, responding site engineering queries with sketches, Material approvals, Structural steel inspections and coordinating on daily activities to update the progress to the clients
• Design and construction of the milling machine-pit 5m below the de-lining pile-foundation

Key Responsibilities
• I was handling mainly two numbers of Warehouses with north-light roof trusses of large spans with a team of engineers.
• Target deliverables were: Optimized design of the roof trusses and preparation of detail drawings with connection details, RCC column & foundation - design & detail drawings
• Silo supporting RCC structure with Pile foundations.
• Preparation of document deliverable lists, calculation of man-hours and resource planning.
• Design and drawing preparation of transfer towers & belt conveyors with my team and checking their designs.
• Design coordination with Tekla 3D modeling team to provide the connection details and designs for L &T Chiyoda as a client.
• Preparation of standard connection design templates as per IS800-2007 & BS for connections designs like; shear connection, axial connections & moment connections.

• Jabua Power limited, India - 2 x 660W - Thermal power plant
• Kaltim Prima Coal Project (KPC), Indonesia - 3 x 18MW - Power plant
• Welspun Captive Power Generation Ltd, India.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible engineer for Mill & bunker bay, TG building, Electrical bay design & detailing and quantity estimates of structure along with foundations.
• Design of steel Silos and details for 1200MT capacity as per IS-9178
• Turbine generator Sub-structure foundation - using Finite element model
• Design feasibility of TG sub-structure with structural steel frames resting in conjunction on a RCC raft foundation
• FEED design, technical specifications, and preparation of layout drawings identifying the facilities required from the client
• Man-hours and resource planning document/ deliverable list, project design basis reports
• Prepare the civil tender package, with preliminary designs of ESP, Boiler foundations, Mill & bunker bay building, TG building and MTO preparations
• Analysis, design & detail of Air Cooled and Condensing Building
• Foundations designs using MAT -3D for ACC building
Projects: Emirates Aluminium (EMAL)
• Review of Structural designs and drawings of Pot Maintenance (PTM) and Cathode Sealing buildings outsourced to SNC - Lavalin, Mumbai office
• Review & check the 3D models using Tekla software for Potroom, PTM & cathode sealing buildings as per the Structural drawings and connection designs
• Supporting my Senior Engineer in Staad modeling for crucible cleaning, de-lining, re-lining building.
• Design of Crane Girders of 230MTon capacities performed manually using spread sheets.
• Design of Pipe Bridge 30M long with castellated beams
• Responding site engineering queries with sketches required for the modifications when required.
Projects worked on:

• Yarwun II - Alumina Refinery plant, Brisbane, Australia.
Key Responsibilites
• Standard Connection designs of the structural member for the project namely, Shear Connections, Bracing connections, Moment connections, Double column base plate connections.
• Coordination with detailing team to model the connections in Tekla software.
• Analysis, design & detailing of Silo supporting, Alumina fluoride, blower room structures with special connections and foundation designs.
• Worked as an area lead and was responsible for the pipe-rack longing 2.5Km by coordinating with other disciplines and the clients on the progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Structural steel design of access platforms, roof trusses by designing manually and to start preparing spread sheets using AISC.
• Was involved in the design of foundations, columns, beams, Shear walls for the lift Machine rooms (RCC structures) using American standards.
• Preparation of standard design spreadsheets, bill of quantities(BOQ).
• Staad modeling of the Structural steel warehouse building preparing drawing details
• Analysis, design & detailing of the Admin building and preparation of design reports.
• Preliminary analysis & design of Cement mill hopper building for tenders
