in 2012 is a consulting company having Unlimited License with its major in the Civil(Architecture & structure Design and supervision), and All MEP Services(FA&FF, A/C, Electrical, Water, Etisalat, Drainage ) and is mainly concentrated in the Designing and supervision of small and large scale Projects viz Villas, Buildings, Malls, Sheds, Mosques, Shoping Complexes etc.
During my tenure I was responsible for the following tasks:
•Preparing Electrical Design Drawing, Load schedule and Single Line Diagram using Autocad for the Drawing Design prepared by the Architects, according to FEWA’s rules and regulations.
•Preparing the Drwgs for submission to FEWA as per FEWA Standards and Regulation and Submitting it online for the Approval purpose.
•Preparing Other MEP Drwg viz. Water, A/C, Etisalat, FA& FF as per the local Authority Standards and Regulatuions.
•Making Site Visits for the finished Projects and taking details from the sites and Preparing Asbuilt Drwg incorporating the Changes in the site than the approved Design Drwg.
•Preparation of Asbuilt Drwg as per the FEWA Standards and making the necessary changes in the site to comply with FEWA and taking Approval of the same.
•Checking the A/C, FF&FF Drwg given by Contractors to take Shop Drwg approval from Authorities and givng approvals to them to proceed the work in the site
•Meeting Engineers in FEWA for discussion for different Technical Aspects, Problem Solving by giving consideration to the client’s requirements, at the same time following the FEWA Rules and Regulations& Application Follow up etc.
•Coordination and discussion with Owners of the project for their needs and wishes to be incorporated in the Electrical Design of their projects.
•Coordinating with Site Supervisors and Formans from Contractor side for the easy and smooth proceeding of works in the site.
•Designing of Different systems other than Electrical System such as Intercom & Camera System, Telephone Systems, T.V Systems etc.
in 1996 is a contracting company having G+4 License with its major in the Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing field and is mainly concentrated in the construction of Villas and also have done Multi storied buildings like Labour Camps and other Commercial Buildings.
During my tenure I was responsible for the following tasks:
•Preparing Electrical shop drawing, Load schedule and Single Line Diagram using Autocad for the Drawing Design given by the Consultant, according to DEWA’s rules and regulations.
•Preparation of Estimate for the materials required for the projects like Cables, DB Boxes, MCBs, ELCB, s, breakers and Isolators, Earthing Materials etc.
•Preparing Material details and Manufacturer & supplier’s database for various products
•Assisting other Site Engineers and Foreman in regards with the issues related to Electrical system for them to carry on other civil works without affecting the Electrical System.
•Coordination and discussion with Owners of the project for their needs and wishes to be incorporated in the Electrical Design of their Villas.
•Meeting Engineers in DEWA for discussion for different Technical Aspects, Problem Solving by giving consideration to the client’s requirements, at the same time following the DEWA Rules and Regulations& Application Follow up etc.
•Also coordinating with other local authorities like DM, RTA etc. for different aspects of the projects like obtaining permits, applying for different services through the online services etc.
•Coordinating with Site Engineers for the Material requirements, Ordering of Materials as per Site requirement by inspecting the site.
•Taking Measurement for the Circuit Cable’s and Earth Cable’s length from MDB to different DB, s and between Meter Cabin and MDB from Related Drawing and cross checking and assuring it with the actual Site conditions.
•Interacting with Consultant and other Subcontractors like A/C Subcontractor, Intercom Sub contractors for the easy movement of the Project and without having any problems or troubles to be come in the future.
•Designing of Different conduiting system for systems other than Electrical System such as Intercom & Camera System, Telephone Systems, T.V Systems etc.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Attended training in Building Control System from Dubai Municipality.
2. Have experience in using the different e- services system for local Authorities like DEWA, D.M, RTA etc.
3. Have done my hand in assisting the Project Engineer for the estimation (BOQ preparation) of different tenders.

KSEB is in the business of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of electricity and striving to provide quality electricity at affordable cost to all classes of consumers in the state of Kerala. 110 Kv Substation Techno park is a power supplying firm under the Kerala state Electricity Board and is started on June 1999. The firm is involved in supply and transmission of Electricity.
During my tenure I was responsible for the following tasks:
•Operation and Maintenance of substation and substation equipments.
•Checking and reviewing station conditions.
•Reviewing station records, log book, permit work book and Substation Operating Manual.
•Arranging permit work for feeders and transformer bay equipments as per the instruction of Station Engineer.
•Ensuring full safety and safety precautions before doing the permit works.
•Making communications with other substation connected to the network for various operations like charging and Tripping of feeders and during the phase of interruptions, if any.
•Keeping System Dispatchers and others informed of all local information pertinent to the operation of the power system especially at the time of shutdowns or interruption in operation that affect the distribution system for public and industry.
•Rectification of substation problems occurring due to the problems in control systems, control wiring, relays, circuit breakers etc.
•Taking all precautions and safety measures for the smooth and reliable running of the substation and for the safety of operating personnel.
•Checking indication and tags on control panel against actual station, conditions.
•Adhere to the station voltage schedule, compliance with prescribed operating limits on lines and equipment (load, power factor, voltage, temperature, etc.)
•Periodically inspect station, including all components in switchyard, control house etc.
•Check for conditions constituting hazards to personnel, property, or equipment.
•Take action to correct abnormal conditions or notify others concerned with the condition.

Transmission Division, Pothencode is a Division level office under the Transmission Circle
it deals with the Electrification works of Buildings, flats, colleges, offices, plants etc. The company is carrying out various projects in government, and private sector for commercial, industrial, and domestic installations meeting the safety and quality requirements at the same time offering most appropriate and cost effective solutions to the clients.
During my tenure I was responsible for the following tasks:
•Monitoring sites, preparing project proposals, allotting sub contracts and monitoring the works and conducting the periodic quality checks.
•Purchasing the materials for routine and urgent unplanned works
•Supervising of various works related with electrification of buildings
•Designing of Entire Electrical system by calculating total Load and Requirements.
•Designing of all Earthing system on the basis of fault level and soil resistivity.
•Designing and Preparation of Schematic Drawings, Lighting Layout, Sight plan and Earthing details as per Standard.
•Making appropriate decision on the placement of electrical points, path of wiring in the context of abnormalities arising during the work.
•Checking of all electrical connections and proper working of all electrical points and MCB’s, ELCB’s and circuit breakers before commissioning.
•Rectification of electrical problems occurring during the work.
•Estimation of Quantity for the entire Project.
•Ordering for electrical goods and accessories as per the needs and dealing with its purchasing.
•Co operating the workers and contractors for the smooth running of the work and making the work to end at a good completion.
