 Declare the vacancies available thru internal circulars/group emails before announcing
the opportunities outside the organization in order to enhance career path for employees
within the company.Source candidates for roles directly via job boards, CV databases,
referrals / word of mouth/ networking.
 Advertise vacancies on company website.
 Run advertising campaigns as and when required in a cost effective manner.
 Form and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
 Implement and / or run employee referral scheme.
 Screen all CVs sent to the company website, shortlist, circulate and follow up with
relevant managers.
 Conduct initial interviews with perspective candidates and shortlist the candidates.
 Provide short list to business heads / recruiting managers and arrange interviews.
 Acquire feedback from business / recruiting managers in order to progress to next
interview stage, offer or reject applicant.
 All other tasks that may be reasonably requested by your management team at any time
