o Overall day to day responsibility for managing the Accounts Department
o Financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management including forecasting
o Liaise with both major clients and supplier to ensure financial commitments are met by all parties
o Define and implement best practices. Implement strong internal financial policies and controls and ensure compliance
o Liaise with department managers in providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of business plans, budgets and key performance objectives
o Monitor the performance of the Accounts Department and address issues
Main role is Auditing of all day to day activity of accounting and inventory controle and finalisation of Accounts upto Trail Balance and Balance Sheet and Co-ordinate with CA to file IT return. All financial and inventory statement to Prepare and filling of Advance Tax and Sales Tax by-monthly
Handling Hotel Section Department, Raising Bills for Clients and follow-up of payments. All Purchases and Keeps records of all renewal contracts of Hotels. Keep Track of PDC cheques and giving salary to Sales Man and Labours
Pay cash, Daily Cash Checking, Tally Jording of Customer Accounts, Maintaining Genral Books and making Trail Balance upto finalisation of Accounts. Reporting to Branch Manager.
