Visit visa processing for staff traveling to other countries on business trip.

Maintaining Hukomi/Ministry of Interior internet function.

Dealing with Customs in Qatar.

I’m working as Sr. PRO (Senior Public Relation Officer) with Ferrovial Qatar Company subsidiary of Qatar Airways.
• I started my career in Qatar as PRO (Public Relations Officer) with Ferrovial Qatar which is a local branch of the Spanish multinational Ferrovial.
I pride myself for being able to deploy more than 4500employees in a short timeframe for the HIA (Hamad International Airport project), and that was despite the many challenges especially the lack of resources (Only two PRO).

• Ensure and coordinate all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medical/fingerprint, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, and other company letters NOC etc. for employees.
I am very good in handling all sorts of Visas related issues both online through hukoomi website and directly with the relevant ministries.
• Oversee the issues in Immigration such as resident permit applications, RP renewals, transfer of sponsorship, cancelation, medical examinations schedules, , health care card, and work permits of employees
