blow room process. As well as machinery optimization, yarn quality
controle & waste reduction. oversees the entire manufacturing and
production cycle. They plan production schedules, manage budgets,
ensure quality control standards are met, and lead floor staff. Their
ultimate goal is to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure
products are delivered safely and on time.

ensures the daily operations of a project run smoothly. They handle
administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines,
managing project documents, and facilitating communication
