• To handle out-sourced contractors (compliance with regulations/ attendance/ replacements/ deployments).
• Achieve the set targets of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report deviations, and recommend corrective actions to the HR Operations Manager.
• Ensure accurate and correct processing and entering of employees transactions into the System.
• Ensure personnel les are up to date and kept condentially, and participate in clearance procedure
in case of employee end of service.
• Ensure leavers employee report update and make sure they receive their EOS as per labor law in
tamily manner.
• Ensure onboarding employee requirements for Corporate new Joiner.
• Review employees inquiries and complaints regarding employee Relations activities, such as
grievances and disciplinary actions appeal, and provide the needed support to colleagues as needed.
• Review internal action letters related to disciplinary and grievance as per policies and procedures
• Review and process standard forms for disciplinary and grievance, end of service, etc.
• Review Labor cases and violations investigation results, and ensure timely resolution in coordination
with HR Operations Manager.
• Handle employees inquiries and complaints regarding Employee Relations activities, such as
grievances and disciplinary actions appeal.
• Prepare internal action letters related to disciplinary and grievance as per policies and procedures.
• Approve all HR transaction on ESS in a timely manner and avoid any delay.
• Complete the resignation and end of service processes as required.
• Receive and answer queries from company employees by phone or emails.
• Prepare HR reports or Tasks as may be requested from the manager.
• Coordinate workow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll and Employee Benets
regarding the attendance system.
• Prepare Identication letters or all government latter for the employees.
• Control and monitor employees attendance .
• Prepare warnings, resignation, experience letters.
• Follow up on leaving employee clearance to make. sure it is completion within 15 working days for
resignation cases and 7 working days for termination cases.
• Prepare investigation required information and documents with HROE Manager.
• Update the Medical insurance In/out in a timely manner with a monthly reconciliation.
• Update the GOSI In/out in a timely manner with a monthly reconciliation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Takes coverage of colleagues as needed. (During a leave of other sta, emergency situations, and
other business requirements
• Fill the vacant position and the new position as per company need by:
1. Search, attract and source qualied candidates for dierent positions.
2. Search on job boards, internet for qualied candidates.
3. Post jobs over the job boards in a proper format, making sure to refresh it every day.
4. Acquire new CV through networking with other recruiters and agencies.
5. Liaise with dierent universities and government entities to get qualied candidates and follow up with HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) project.
6. Established networks and relationships within the Clients organization as well as across the relevant industry sector/s by undertake candidate market research and cold calls to source candidates and referrals, and attending relevant events and functions to form new relationships.

• Share the result with the concerned department to start arrange the interview:
1. Schedule interviews; coordinate between recruitment and dierent departments for all related matters. 2. Communicate with selected candidates regarding date and place of interview, travel, accommodations and other administrative matters.
• Manage the End to End Recruitment Process after signing the job oer from the report manager:
1. Fill the checklist form.
2. Prepare the contract.
3. Coordinates various administrative arrangements for new employees. 4. Notifying concerned Departments and Sections to make arrangements. 5. Prepare the onboarding plan
