Supplier Quality, Performance & Supply Continuity:
• Managed supplier QCD performance through structured KPI frameworks; coordinated corrective action
plans and supplier development activities with quality and engineering teams.
• Resolved live supply emergencies for all 4 plants across assigned commodities — including the managed
resolution of an Italian supplier crisis (unauthorised price increase and shipment halt) through direct
supplier negotiation, an Italy visit, frame order commitment, and parallel alternative supplier qualification
in Turkey.
• Maintained supply continuity across a complex multi-plant, multi-tier supply chain; proactively managed
single-source risks through alternative supplier development.

Selected High-Impact Projects: Qualified Sanhua alongside Wika and Huba; 1 M$/year saving on
6.5M$ spend — eliminated risk Tooled up Demisaş/Sistaş (castings) and Totomak (machining)
in Turkey; 1.6M€/year saving. to Yunlu (China): 1.5M$/year saving vs. incumbent European suppliers. Transferred to ESS (Turkey); saving. Powder Parts: to Seashine, Laizhou, Porite (China); 320k€/year landed saving.
