 All over India technical support and Fault Management for the WAN connectivity including the troubleshooting Transport faults in services like LL and IPLC customers.  End-to-End troubleshooting of Transport faults in services like LL and IPLC.  Responsible for top 100 customer complaints including all services.  Responsible to handle all customer queries.  Providing support to NHQ SA/Local SA team for all Technical queries.  Timely escalation of fault tickets to respective teams.  Coordinated with OSP, Transport NOC and Transport Wireless regarding Utility, Fiber and MW related issues.  Readiness Check (SO closure) of all services provided over RIC network.
