 Review project documentation/standards and ensuring scope of works (Mechanical-HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Suppression)) are executed as per the standards & processes.
 Design review of IFC drawings, verifying with standards & specs, raising TQ to client if any  Preparation of shop drawings, in accordance with the design & standards
 Preparation of technical submittal in compliance with project specification and applicable international standards
 Preparation of project budget (Mechanical-HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Suppression)) with individual cost sheet for each items/activity
 Generating material purchase requests as per bill of quantity & material approval. Manage project execution, including activation and controlling internal and external project resources in accordance with client’s requirements.
 Manpower management on different activities to ensure quality production with minimum resources, time and cost
 Responsible for Permit and Tie-in for utilities as per MARAFIQ & RC standards
 Responsible for field work monitoring and issuance of site instructions to work groups to highlight deficiency in mechanical system if any.
 Responsible for the execution, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC System/BMS System/Plumbing/Fire Suppression
 Inspect and monitor the compliance of chemical cleaning, air balancing & water balancing by third party with project specification and international standards
 Inspection of HVAC equipment/Pumps/Tanks at production factory and monitor factory test results to ensure quality to meet standards & specification prior to delivery at site
 Comparing actual and planned budget to ensure project profit and handover detailed project report to management for review
 Preparation of monthly work schedule and progress performance report

 Complete project planning/scheduling and monitoring in Primavera
 Preparation of project budget (HVAC/Plumbing)
 Preparing bill of quantity of materials
 Analyze market in order to select the most suitable suppliers to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
 Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery, schedule and quality.
 Generating purchase requests as per bill of quantity & material approval. Manage project execution, including activation and controlling internal and external project resources in accordance with client’s requirements.
 Manpower management on different activities to ensure quality production with minimum resources, time and cost
 Responsible for field work monitoring and issuance of site instructions to work groups to highlight deficiency for complete HVAC system
 Installation of HVAC equipments like Chillers, AHUs, ERUs, PACUs etc.
 Inspect installation of BMS system in accordance with shop drawings and applicable standards
 Complete assembling Installation, test‐running, pre‐commissioning & commissioning of air conditioning equipments.
 Inspect and monitor the compliance of chemical cleaning, air balancing & water balancing by third party with project specification and international standards
 Preparation of O&M manual & as built drawings
 Ensure proper hand over of project to client with applicable documentation
 Comparing actual and planned budget to ensure project profit and handover detailed project report to management for review
 Heat load estimation.
 Designing of Duct able, Packaged, DX and Chiller Air Conditioning Projects for comfort applications
 Responsible for field work monitoring and supervision
 Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly periodical progress reports
 Site Meeting with consultants and clients
 Design review & supervision of plumbing and fire suppression system
