1) Kuwait University Expansion - Phase 1 ELV Systems
• Design of ELV systems for the phase 1 expansion of Kuwait University - Administration building,
cultural centre, library, theatre, conference centre, classrooms and visitor’s centre building.
• PA/BGM, AV, wireless intercoms, IPTV, digital signage and broadcast system for the above-
mentioned buildings.
• Interlinking and centralized control from the Central Control Room (CCR).
2) Aqua Raffles, Jeddah
• Design of AV, PA/BGM, GPON, GRMS, Access control and CCTV systems.
• Review and customization of design to meet Raffles standards.
3) Meydan Beach Hotel, Dubai
• Complete AV system design of the expansive Meydan Beach Hotel comprising of sophisticated
bungalows on the podium levels, high-rise tower and water villas extending into the sea.
• Interfacing with the IT systems for network infrastructure.
4) OPUS Hotel and Residence, Dubai
• Melia Hotels International operated hotel.
• GRMS, AV and IPTV system within the hotel guestrooms.

• 5, 000 seat multipurpose indoor arena.
• 2, 000 seat outdoor tennis court, small practice courts, mall and an adjacent hotel complex.

6) Langham Place
• Hotel requirements like AV/BGM, GRMS, Digital Signage, IPTV, IT and Security.
• Bars and Night Clubs with dance floors equipped with multi-zone control systems for customized
sound levels. Compact full-range loudspeakers mounted along the perimeter of the dance floor,
facing inwards and coordinated with the stage sound loudspeaker.
• The IT systems are separated within the hotel and residence with the option of linking, if required,
using fiber optic connectivity.
