❖ Warehouse incoming materials inspection and verification of materials to requirements.
❖ Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and maintaining procedure qualification records (PQR)
❖ Preparation of metallurgical and mechanical tests requirement such as hardness, macro, micro, tensile strength etc.,
❖ Preparation of welding procedure specifications (WPS) for different materials and joints with different configurations with different materials.
❖ Witnessing of different types of NDT activities of contractors and company in house technicians.
❖ Visually inspecting the fit up & welded joints.
❖ Welding inspection. (surveillance checks before, during and after welding)
❖ Conducting all NDT, Mechanical, QC inspections and creating inspection records and getting signed from all relevant parties and sending properly to document or record control department.
❖ Review Weld Repair Rates and Defect Patterns provide input re solutions. Providing guidance to the Execution Contract Package Manager in the evaluation of technical queries, project changes and concession requests with respect to welding and NDT raised by the Execution Contractor Requirements

• To checking the incoming material as the code and Standard and welding consumables
• Maintain welding equipment parameter and consumables record
• To checking of dimension, orientation, configuration & material traceability and heat no etc.
• Visual inspection of the daily welding joint fit-up .
• If any modification take DCN (design change note ) from the client .
• Final dimensional verification as per approved drawings.
• Prepare of daily welding report.
• Evaluation of the weld joints by visual and NDT methods
• Offering the third party inspection ( like TPL, NTPC, BHEL AUTHORIES AGENY )
• Review of NDT reports and film interpretation.
• Maintaining of all inspection reports and related documents in QA/QC department
• Co ordinate with third party inspection, Conducting all NDT, Mechanical, QC inspections and creating inspection records and getting signed from all relevant parties and sending properly to document or record control department
• Arranging the finish product to blasting and painting.
• To checking the primary and final coat paint as per the client requirement
• Preparing project quality dossiers and final document handing over
• Preparing project vise quality records and final documents handing over
