Relationship Manager

Provide highly strategic and tactical leadership as Relationship Manager (Citi gold Wealth Management) Division with the main focus on managing Citi gold Wealth Management Customer Relationships Management, acquisition of new client relationships, retain and add profitable relationships for growth and development of the Citi gold Wealth Management Portfolio, meeting revenue targets for Investments business, achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction. Reporting to the Branch Banking Head.
Specific responsibilities included:
•Prepare yearly business plan with updated forecast and conduct monthly variance analysis. Manage Portfolio of 800 customers with an Annual target of US $ 240, 000 (FER).
•Responsible for managing implementation of Bank’s Citi gold Wealth Management relationship management policy, marketing of all Retail Banking Products - Mutual Funds, Treasury Products/ Structured Notes/ Bond Funds / Insurance and Savings Plans/ LIBOR linked products and Time Deposits/ Hedge Funds/ Offshore Banking -New Jersey/ London/ Singapore through existing and new customers.
•Analyzing & providing relevant feedbacks on competitor products and services to Branch Banking Head for providing tailor made solutions to customers.
•Establish a long-term relationship with target retail and HNI by providing value added services in seizing financial opportunities.
•Provide financial counseling to HNW customers at their place of business in order to understand their current business practices and identify their financial goals.
•Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments and divisions in managing the customer's relationship with the Bank.
•Develop and implement an effective plan for sourcing new business prospects and developing new customer relationships.
•Develop and implement relationship strategies for cross-selling bank products and services by satisfying customer needs through an array of loan, deposit, asset management, investment and other appropriate bank products and services.
•Represent the Bank at various civic and community functions to further enhance Bank's image and develop additional business contacts and referral resources.
•Increase competence in Investment Management policies, products, and services by working with Management, Branch and Senior Managers to structure effective guidelines, develop and implement strategies.
•Ensure the adherence of Citigroup, central bank local requirements and standard operating procedures.
