Taking role in the founding and starting of Pavlovic International Bank, getting a wide range of banking licenses, other permits and approvals from the government that are required to open a bank, as well as the organization to open branches for of all services within the aforesaid bank; I had been involved as the closest professional associate and contact person in front of the American shareholders.

Experienced significant role among investors and contractors as an expert economic advisor who supports investors during the construction of a new town from scratch - Slobomir. The construction of which started from the ground up in the area of northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina through the implementation of large projects such as hydrological research and the exploitation of geothermal energy and the construction of deep wells, the construction of fortifications for defense against river floods, city heating plants, collectors with waste water discharge, as well as other facilities necessary for the city's infrastructure.

Acting as the primary liaison for the regional office in Bijeljina to the headquarters in Berlin for project implementation of repatriation of refugees and displaced persons, mediating between citizens and authorities in seven different cities by engagement of seven lawyers to achieve the project goal. Development of plans and interaction with local government adjusted to citizen’s objectives to achieve their needs of property return. Consolidate the overview of projects and keep track of progress.

Perform duties as RS Government representative at Council of Europe’s promotion of intergovernmental co-operation, which involves ministries or public administrations in charge of youth affairs in the different member States, acting as a member of the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ), which supervises a program of activities involving policy makers, youth researchers and youth work practitioners.
