o Integrating asterisk call center with Sugarcrm.
o Integrating custom SMS gateway with Sugarcrm.
o Building android application to integrate with Sugarcrm.
* UI Web Developer for the behalf of Egyptian Air force from 1 Apr 2013 till 25 Feb 2014.
o Develop small portals through joomla 2.5 (e.g. Faculty of air force, Air force, EL Taxi El taar).
o Develop custom templates using HTML & CSS.

* Deraya Sales Operation System
Sugarcrm based system to store customer data and contracts with their different types also the system
automatically calculates the premiums. Remind customer service with renewal dates and credit cards
expiration by generating tasks to the specified customer service. Generate SMS automatically in different
occasions (New Year, birthday, etc.). Finally the system contains a customize report engine based on
zucker reports.
* Sugar360
Sugarcrm based system its main goal to store customer's complaints and issues. customers can benefit
from the system by downloading the customized android application then writing his/her complains
application will send the complains automatically to the server(sugarcrm) also the system integrated with
asterisk call center and SMS getaway.
