Assist the Accommodation Manager for the proper maintenance of the staff accommodation facility and help on administering all activities such as registering and assigning rooms to employees, keeping and updating records of staff.
Help and supervise to direct the work of general assistant to ensure the proper cleanliness of the whole accommodations.
Respond to requests of staffs concerning safety and other emergency situations like sick staff needs to arrange company transportation to bring to hospital.

Duties and responsibilities include supervising security officers, preparing and maintaining shift work schedules, reviewing and conducting thorough incident investigations, training security staff, and assisting in operational policy development. Work is performed under general supervision.
Provide a high level of client service
Operate and maintain a range of security equipment including two-way radios.
Must watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises. Often patrol hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars and restaurants.
Spend all or part of shift watching the monitors for any suspicious activity.
Check the doors and stairwells to make sure the locks are secure and no danger is lurking
Respond to complaints and calls for help. Whether the guard hears a cry for help or is summoned by the front desk.
Must be prepared to rush to a potentially dangerous scene and calm the guests or control a situation until the local police can arrive.
Maintain and monitor security cameras, alarm systems and other electronic surveillance equipment
Must be available to work set shifts and cover alternate shifts when necessary
Help protect guests and their valuables, as well as fellow hotel employees
