Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process for Qatar Foundation and over 30 of its centers. This includes but is not limited to:  Evaluating prospective employee experience with job description  Initiating, negotiating and preparing Employment Job Offers  Assisting new employees with familiarisation of QF work environment and its policies  Assisting new employees with information on Qatar immigration regulations/requirements and laws  Engage in regular communication with the new employee to maintain interest until all the recruitment formalities are over  Coordinate and arrange all the required documentation for the new employee-request for visa, Medical, CID letters, references, etc.  Coordinate and arrange all the required logistics and mobilisation for the new employee-request for accommodation, tickets, transportation, etc  Coordinate and arrange interviews as requested for QF centres both in person and via skype /telephone (local and international)  Updating QF centers on on-going recruitments on a weekly basis  Updating the recruitment report on a daily basis  Preparing reports for management as and when requested  Attend meetings as required  Preparing employee Employment Contracts after employee joins

A few months on this post and I was promoted in the same organization to HR Coordinator.
My main role was to coordinate all HR activities across all the 5 Al Maha Schools. I was coordinating a team of 3 members, while at the same time actually functioning as HR for the Girls School. I coordinated all the below functions for not just 1 school, but 4 schools.
