 Knowledge about heavy equipment, rotation equipment, static equipment, hydraulics equipment and installation, welding procedure and equipment.
 Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective and diagnostic maintenance techniques;
 Experience in Offshore static equipment, rotating machinery, troubleshooting techniques,
 Responsible for performing diagnostic tests, and troubleshooting system faults and failures, of mechanical equipment onboard the rig including but not limited to;
 Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding mechanical systems and equipment
 Good knowledge of ASME and API code
 Good knowledge for Marine standard and HSE
 Capacity to work hard and dedicated to work;
 Communication abilities at any level and with different nationalities and cultures;
 Organizational capacity, working team spirit and working abilities in any medium with answers and solutions requested;
 Good knowledge of technical plans and drawings for execution and location
 Management of contractors and vendors;
 Knowledge of Condition monitoring techniques
 Significant experience in Oil & Gas plants Design and Operation
 Offshore technical background including stability, fluid dynamics and loading.
 Knowledge of ocean weather and sea state conditions affecting rig operations.
 Knowledge of all regulations and laws as related to offshore drilling operations in the area of operations.
 Excellent leadership, communication and management skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and company proprietary software.
 Experience in marine environmental and hazardous material regulations and procedures.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis and to follow-up on all tasking to completion
