•Prepare on regular basis the site progress status and control schedules comprising of:
•Material Submittal and Approval schedule.
•Subcontractor Appointment schedule
•Material Procurement schedule
•Resource Histogram
•Equipment Histogram
•Cash Flow
•Prepare 15/30 day `look ahead’ program
•Maintain records of planned site progress against actual site progress.
•To ensure compliance with agreed program and coordination schedules by all parties.
•Review site progress and update progress
•Prepare Progress reports.
•Advise Project Manager of progress slippages to activities for corrective action to be taken.
•Attend Progress and other relevant Meetings as advised by the Project Manager

* Mitigation and notifying the Claims Avoidance analysis.
* Prepare & ensure the daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted correctly on time.
* Prepare logistics plan / operation strategies.
•Maintain records of planned site progress against actual site progress.
•Assist in formulation of delays/disruption claims/notifications.
•To ensure compliance with agreed program and coordination schedules by all parties.
•Review site progress and update programme.
•Prepare Progress reports.
•Advise Project Manager of progress slippages to activities for corrective action to be taken.
•Attend Progress and other relevant Meetings as advised by the Project Manager

• Tenir des registres de l'avancement du chantier prévue contre l'avancement du chantier réel.
• Aider à la formulation des retards / perturbation demandes / notifications.
• l'avancement du chantier examen et le programme de mise à jour.
• Préparer des rapports d'étape revue de production mensuel, bilan et prévision de production.
• Conseiller Gestionnaire de projet progrès des activités pour les mesures correctives à prendre.
• Assister aux progrès et à d'autres réunions pertinentes comme conseillé par le gestionnaire de projet
