● Development of graphically impressive dashboards and reports.

● Monitoring of Contractors' productivity and raising flags in case of any slippages from the master program

● Establishing Annual Integrated Procurement Plans
● Preparing Tender Plans for procurement of stakeholders (Design Consultants, Supervision Consultants, PMC’s, Contractors)
● Formulate evaluation criteria for evaluation of bids, reports & memos

● Support in Development of Department Annual CAPEX Budget
● Carefully scrutinizing all procurement activity to remain in budget
● Preparation & Review of Consultants IPC’s & Invoices to ensure they are complete and accurate.
● CAPEX Cashflow Forecasting & Reporting along with variance and cost reporting
𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔/𝑲𝑷𝑰, 𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈:
● Develop Departmental Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), from the Master Program.
● Monitor, manage, track goals on a monthly basis, & reporting the same to the Executive Management.
As a core team member & reporting to the Head of EPMO, I was responsible for planning & controlling multiple projects & ensuring the progress as per Project Development Plan, as well as evaluating periodic performance. Accountable for inter-departmental coordination i.e. Marketing, Procurement, FM/AM, Leasing/Sales, IT, Design & Development to properly track their initiatives; Ensuring the deadlines are met as per agreement.

● Preparation & development of projects development programs for all RAFAL projects.
● Baseline Management of key stakeholders (Consultants, Contractors etc) ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
● Progress Monitoring to ensure on time delivery & quality assurance.
● Resources/Productivities tracking of different stakeholders and raising flags in case of slippages, & non-compliance.
● Conduct meetings, if required, and review Extension of Time (EOT) requests and Variation Orders (VO)/Change Requests from stakeholders.
● Design programs integrated with authorities’ coordination & smooth supervision of the progress of the project(s).
● Establish comprehensive Procurement Integrated plans synced with project development programs

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Development of integrated Level 2 and 3 schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases.
● Creation and maintenance of 90-day lookahead and Early works look ahead schedules.
● Gathering key insights and required information, for preparing and producing monthly Status Reports for Project Managers.
● Provide complex statistical data, in an easy-to-understand manner (presentation, reports), for management reviews.
● Maintain active communication with all groups involved in projects. Engaging with them in day-to-day discussions to assess the change/schedule implication of ongoing work.
● Closely Monitor contractor progress, w.r.t to a defined schedule, and provide highlights on critical items on a weekly basis. Ensure any deviations are identified, reported to management, and resolved with the contractor.
● Provide technical assistance to the project team for the development of detailed action plans, focusing on avoiding and minimizing costs and schedule overruns.
● Preparing ad hoc progress reports of various ongoing projects, to facilitate effective controls within Construction.
● Prepare and ensure the Construction Quantity curve is properly documented; by updating it on a weekly basis.
● Produce detailed reporting, on project progress, productive curves, as well as earned value reporting.
● Participate, in and actively contribute to the discussion in Lead Engineer’s Meetings.
● Write & Issue formal reports, factoring in inputs from various projects.
• Preparing the site plan consistent with the requirements and availability of the drawings, specifications, target dates and definitive estimate
• Utilizing the progress data, updates the site plan and informs those concerned when progress is falling behind and maintains a constant check on materials and equipment delivery dates through the use of a bi-weekly look-a-head schedule
• Studying and assesses the target dates for the project and stays completely familiar with the work and the parameters of the work program
• Ensuring that all programmed activities have man hour contents in line with Company Procedures
• Reviewing the existing material and equipment schedules and obtains updated delivery information from the relevant departments
• Assisting the Resident Site Manager and the Construction Superintendent in the preparation of the construction plan
• Attending progress meetings and reports on the current situation and notes all changes in the forward plans and any restrictions on progress
• Collating work progress for each contract and each area and includes them in the weekly and monthly Site Reports
• Monitoring the site progress and prepares weekly ‘look ahead’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones
