Develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments.
•Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
•Oversee performance evaluation procedures.
•Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing.
•Serve on several internal committees including Worksite Wellness and Diversity.
•Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions, activities.
•Supervising the staff of the Employee Resource staff in the functions of Administration, payroll, hiring and recruiting, benefits and compensation.
•Supervise and direct the activities of Employee Resource personnel in the functions of administration, hiring and recruiting, payroll, benefits and compensation. Review individual performance and advice on job improvement, future career paths and interpersonal behavior. Provide disciplinary action as necessary.
•Ensure efficient coordination of administration, hiring, benefits, and payroll activities. Allocate resources (people and materials) between jobs and organize them to meet objectives. Set up administrative systems to help implement quality work.
•Provide spoken and written information about situations to CHO, other department managers and staff. Inform staff of management policies. Challenge policies and procedures when necessary.
•Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.
•Maintains the company’s organizational work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Analyses information and applies judgment and knowledge of organizational needs to identify broad future staffing needs.
•Drafts manpower planning process flows and documents changes and improvements.
•Maintains up to date knowledge of staff movements within the area of responsibility in order to be able to plan an appropriate response when required.
•Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
•Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
•Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
•Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
•Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
•Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
•Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
•Resolve conflict within groups.

•Price checking & Analysis.
