As the Projects Manager my role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or client - consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Manage and deliver Projects on time, within budget and with regard for safety. Optimally utilize all resources available to ensure project is delivered on time and with specification /Scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseen entire erection project and schedule as well as coordinate all design aspects
Make sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
Determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
Oversee the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific pieces of the project.
Monitor the overall construction site.
Checking and approving all the material requisitions, petty cash, and other applications forwarded from construction sites.
Checking and approving all the subcontractor works within the construction phase.
Monitor, approve the preparation of Interim payments, and follow up with the client for approval and issuing the payment certificate.
Submit the daily forecast and work done to Operations Manager and Client.
Detect variances to plans pertaining to cost, resource allocations and schedules.
Review all requested changes to plan.
Conduct check point review meetings with department heads to ascertain the exact details in each phase of the project.
Monitor the progress of the project using reports, especially in terms of cost, quality and safety
Update resources, estimation and schedules based upon input for project participants.
Manage the construction of 1200 Villas in SANG (Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing Project), Riyadh, Works include construction of 600 twin units, Ground, First, Roof and Top roof as precast construction and all other related works to complete and finish the units as per the contract and specifications (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works as well as the Boundary wall and all external works
My position is being responsible for overseeing and managing the project development from start to finish including ensuring that the delivered project conforms to the project management and execution plans, managing financials of the project, managing internal and external delivery teams, and liaising with necessary stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to the approved quality, preparing the documents, correspondence and reports for and on behalf of the client.
My duties and responsibilities as the Project Construction Manger during the construction include but not limited to the following
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the project execution plan and obtain buy in from engineering, procurement, construction, project control, HSE and QA/QC.
Establish project procedure and plan covering safety, financial, engineering, procurement, quality assurance, commissioning for internal work and co-ordinate with the client and other contractors.
Monitor and report progress measured against the agreed reporting scheme.
Ensure that engineering activities produce the optimum solution for the company.
Co-ordinate work scope between the project office, main contractor, sub contractors and suppliers to insure tasks are correctly interfaced.
Establish monitor and report project schedule performance in meeting the client milestone.
Provide input and assistance during the design and phase in reviewing and implementing constructability into the design.
Scheduling/Progress Measurement - Review contract schedules.
Conduct weekly and monthly progress meeting and issue project report.
Engineering and construction supervision - provide discipline supervision and be responsible for field
Through my employment as the Erection Manager for pre cast and pre stressed concrete products and elements I am responsible for plan safe, fast and professional erection procedures to comply with designated standards and contract specifications.
My duty also covers controlling, directing and coordinating all erection activities of the projects.

oScheduling erection activities for all sites including equipment and material
oEnsure adequate number of properly trained & experience employees available are on project site to undertake the erection process
oCo-ordinate of erection activities between all sites and production
Through my One-year employment as a Production Manager for pre cast concrete products works was responsible for the day-to-day progress of the works, periodic review of testing and overall project coordination. Synchronized work progress with Design office, Material Engineer and testing to insure the quality and quantity as per the specifications as well as the program
Through my two-year employment as a Project Engineer for marine structural works was responsible for the day-to-day progress of the works, periodic review of testing and overall project coordination. Synchronized work progress with Owner’s representative, Material Engineer as well as other Project Engineers.
Construction management and supervision of several low to mid-rise building structures throught Oman, overseeing the testing and measuring of works for payment certification; review and approval of proposed construction methods, schedules, material submittals and shop drawings, coordination via correspondence, reports and meetings with the client, contractor and other agencies; analysis and resolution of variations and claims. Preparing contractual analyses of claims presented as formal reports to the Client; assisting in negotiations and resolution of contractual disputes; establishing contract administration procedures for the appropriate processing of disputed rates and claims; advising the Chief Quantity Surveyor on contentious matters; advising the Resident Engineers and owner’s senior management on contractual priorities, on the opinions of contact specifications when at odds with the international specifications; conducting quality assurance audits of the site staff offices; including standard procedures, filing systems, and quantity record books.
Construction, management and contract administration on large number of small to mid-size building projects. As a team leader, responsibilities included coordination of project details with our sub-contractors, as well as conducting inspection of survey works. Other management functions included variation order documentation, analysis and payment recommendations, and monthly invoices to the Client, coordination meetings, traffic management recommendations and monthly progress reports to the Client.
Initially appointed as a Site Engineer and promoted to a Senior Engineer position after three years. Initially responsibilities included the supervision of work force and implementation of the Project Manager’s instructions in accordance with specifications. Coordinated the day-to-day activities, administer material requirements / approvals for projects.
