Site Engineer - Electrical

Planning, installation, commissioning of Electrical LV systems, HVAC and Plumbing in industrial and commercial facilities.
Installation, testing and commissioning of of Fire Detection Systems, Fire Protection Systems, including gas supression systems, sprinkler systems.

Testing, Pre-operation Verification (POV) and commissioning of facilities and infrastructure works including services like lighting and power systems (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage), HVAC Systems (A/Cs - split, package units, etc.) and plumbing & piping systems (water supply, drainage, high pressure, compressed air, fire water).

Understanding client and consultant requirements (specifications) regarding the works to be done on site and implement the work as per the requirements
Coordinating and following up with Consultant and Subcontractors about MEP site work progress, any problems, deficiencies, etc.

Performed QA/QC work on the project - checking to ensure that the work being done is as per specifications, drawings, worked on and submitted method statements and material submittals. Raising and performing of inspections with consultant. Closing and QA/QC deficiencies.

Preparation of design, submission and approval of drawings, and other relevant documentation.
Preparation and submission of method statements for all MEP related activities.

Design, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC Direct Digital Control (DDC) system and interfacing with other systems in the building, e.g. BMS, fire alarm
