Major Responsibilities:
• Conduct Monitoring visits on assigned sites.
• Conduct training of Safety wardens.
• Conduct safety training for staf and Service champions.
• Deployment of new Safety wardens at SHELL sites.
• Handle Staf issues and give timely solutions.
• Create strategies to overcome the forecourt Risk.
• Inspection of sites on safety measurements.
• Apply safety protocols at SHELL sites.
• Observe and find a lack of safety precautions and resolve on spot.
• Create a relationship between Staf and Safety wardens at sites.
• Train Staf on Bike & Rickshaw Straddling.
• Spot-checking at sites in the absence of safety wardens.
• Handle and Lead the Team members.
• Area of Field Interior Sindh.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with the team and territory managers of SHELL Pakistan Ltd.
• Implement the Strategies and Contingency Plans to improve Compliance at Sites.
