• Review, Assess and Manage OMCs Asset Maintenance Activities for several sub-systems and disciplines including Platform Screen Doors, Communication Systems, SCADA, Signalling Systems, Track Hardware and Rolling Stock. • Review P8 (8 Year Rolling Stock Overhaul) programme for OMC, based on mileage and manufacture date of trains and current PM cycles. Advise Client on increase of Rolling Stock based on ridership and Vision 2030. • Carry out maintenance inspections and audits on behalf of the client, to ensure that all assets and depot equipment are maintained and operated as per the design and safety requirements stipulated by the manufacturer. • Report directly to Head of Asset and Maintenance and support reporting to Client at Steering Committee biweekly. • Represent the Client in Reliability Growth Forums with the OMC, reviewing and optimising the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability of Assets in the division. • Meet increasing customer demand for Riyadh Metro, reviewing PM Cycles, Procedures and Work Instructions, suggesting enhancements and developments to improve RAMS based on asset maintenance trends. • Manage and Lead the Alarm Management Committee to rectify overloaded fault alarms on network. • Responsible for transitioning the project from T&C to Passenger Service, ensuring Rail Systems operation and functionality. • Managing and supervising the O&M Contractors for all 6 Lines to ensure readiness for Passenger Service and advising/reporting to the client accordingly. • Managing, leading, observing and assessing Test Cases and Drills with involvement in OCC, Station and Depot. Provide feedback to the OMCs to enable better operability and maintainability. • Managing Defects, confirming rectifications and following up with contractual correspondence for closure.• Representing the organisation in FRACAS and FRB to review common faults and failures.• Monitor the O&M Contractors’ KPI performance and assessing for approval the OMCs submission of contract related Quality Criteria and KPI Measures against CMMS.• Reviewing Daily SAF and working with OMCs for rectification. Lead and manage the Signalling Assurance, Signalling Design Team and Signalling Requirements • Stakeholder management including Operations, Maintenance and Delivery Contractors to ensure the signalling functionality with new rolling stock. • Managing the project team to ensure requirements capture, liaison and integration with other disciplines to enable safe staged upgrade of Northfields Depot.

Stakeholder management of TfL and third party (Thales and Dragados Rail) Signalling Deliverables to enable commissioning of new SB tunnel at Bank Station, including mechanical and red ink designs. • Manage Asset Handover Information and deliverables required for handover to Maintainers. • Manage Maintenance Schedule as per Works Information detailing access, assets, cycles and dates. • Manage Technical Queries and responses to Request For Information forms. • Liaise with third parties to ensure Signalling Safety Assurance is delivered as per Works Information to agreed timescales. • Manage and resolve third party issues with deliverable completion and acceptance. • Develop and produce the Signalling Assurance to be followed to enable commissioning which includes Minor Works Assurance, Consent to Test and Consent to Operate Deliverables. • Review Hazards, Hazard Logs, Safety Plans, Assurance Plans, Commissioning Plans and Safety Letters. • Review third party programmes, challenge and resolve deliverable deadlines. • Integrate the signalling solution as part of the wider project assurance (pre signalling and post signalling).

• Manage, produce and deliver several change requests to raise modifications to enable software configurations to be installed on Crossrail trains for train testing and trial operations for Bombardier. • Presented CRs to Change Board for approval. Modifications approved by wider engineering team.
