Responsible for managing end-to-end Procurement Process covering all areas.
* Negotiating with suppliers in terms of contracts and working on the agreements.
* Initiating and finalizing of contract and work orders as per requirement.
* Review contracts and update required details (Payment terms, service start & end,
effective date) on PO before issuing to suppliers.
* Completing Purchase Order and issuing Purchase Orders in accordance with company Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
The task I handle are:
Managing closely the services of the vendors to meet the project schedule and
supervised the services vendors working simultaneously in three different active
projects.
Creating a price sheet and analyzing it for the proposals received from the
vendors.
Evaluating vendors during the negotiation process.
Direct procurement of construction materials in all aspects.
Initiate and finalize the contracts as per the company policies and standards.
• Key achievements of my work.
* Handled importing of LED Screen worth 1Million Saudi riyal from China, this
is a new item in construction line.
* Procuring material for the Project worth 25Million Riyals project at handover
stage.
* Handled Procuring of Luxury Villas project (sample Villas ) project hand
over successfully
* Importing of Aluminum door, windows & curtain Wall from China (size of
single curtain wall 7*5mts) worth of a 300, 000USD.
* Handled Procuring material for the Tatweer School Building worth 35 Million
Saudi Riyals
* Negotiating and finalizing Project contracts within the budget and delivery on
time.
* Experience in procuring quality products from China
* Good Knowledge of International purchase and maintaining good business
relationship with international suppliers.
* Verification of International supplier existence which is necessary due to the
current world situation due to Pandemic.
Handled Procurement activities of all Construction work for the projects.
* Responsible for working closely with the selected supplier and managing the company’s
procurement activities.
* Developing relationships with suppliers.
* Communicated and negotiated with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, site
superintendents, vendors, etc.
