Team leader of a 3 member team. Supervise & monitor their follow ups, problematic shipments & other major account related activities
•Key point of contact for all international & local wholesale customers & staff in charges of 4 of the main wholesale accounts
•Monitor all major account clients with their volumes & do service evaluations on quarterly basis.
•Maintain zero complain ratio to ensure total customer satisfaction is been delivered via our products services
•Ensure the 100% accurate weekly & monthly reports are been given to the management to do evaluations on volumes & profit
•Identify training requirements for customer service department and implement programs on an effective manner
•Train and groom new recruits for the customer service department with induction and their Job Description while conducting employee productivity and monitor programs
•Direct involvement with the management for bringing in new wholesale courier / cargo business, opening up new accounts & promoting company’s products & services
•To remain friendly, polite & efficient with internal & external customers to ensure that company’s goal of total customer satisfaction achieved both client & company’s personnel
To answer incoming enquiries of the wholesale customers globally & locally
•Responding to customer enquiries & processing orders both over the telephone & online via e-mail & e-support web based system.
•Monitoring the assigned stations & wholesale customers & keeping track of all their local & international shipment movements
•To ensure all quotations are up to date & dispatched to the client on same day basis.
•Proactive communication with all the internal departments to ensure total customer satisfaction.
To identify the training needs of new recruits & train them in order.
•Motivate, train & guide them to achieve their monthly / yearly targets in order to achieve the department targets.
•To identify needs of certain segments in the market and facilitate them with personal banking solutions.
•Acting as a team Leader/Supervisor for 15 member sales Team.
•Ensuring and maintaining high quality service standards set by the Bank.
Build and maintain client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an
Ongoing basis.
•Contact clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status.
•Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan.
•Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates.
•Recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning..
•Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives.
