• Monitor and update all pre-alerted courier import shipments from the origin and facilitate timely recovery as agreed upon with ground handling agent(GHA).
• Liaising with GHA for discrepancies if any and obtain delivery order accordingly.
• Monitor and recover all incoming freight mode shipments. Co-ordinate with origin, internal freight and custom clearance team for recovering shipments.
• Run manifest reports and intercept incoming shipments originating from red countries which are subject to mandate security inspections.
• Process unidentified shipments by using DHL systems and update found shipment database also release identified shipments as per SOP.
• Monitor the space booking and allocation for courier mode outbound shipments.
• Request empty containers from the ULD yard on the basis of space allocated and materials on hand.
• Update system by referring inputs written in instruction for dispatch of goods(IDG) by operations and issue MAWB for the shipments.
• Send pre-alert to destination and transmit EDI data to facilitate timely recovery, clearance and status visibility of shipments.
• Prepare flight manifest and MAWB for the shipments loaded in DHL freighter Flight, personally hand over the same to the flight crew.
• Perform supervisory duties in absence of supervisor, send daily reports to higher management regarding Hub summary, Productive hours, inbound courier and freight recoveries, Hub-throughput and density.
• Handling NCG desk- Action\Respond to all queries sent via E-mail\calls addressed to NCG team\Operations.

• Updating cargo details into the system from the documents sent by the Forwarding agent as per Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits standard and generating House Bill of Lading.
• Billing and pricing as per the services availed from DHL Global Forwarding based on INCO term and type of Shipment: - FCL, LCL, Break-Bulk cargo, Customer Consolidation & Co-Load.
• Initiating payments to Transporters, Carriers, Agents and Warehouses as well as sending Pre-Arrival notice to importers ensuring timely clearance of cargo.
• Preparing and sending House bill of lading based on the Pre-shipment documents submitted and sending pre-alerts to destination agent and parties.
• Filing of Shipping Instruction (SI), Import security filing (ISF)
• Ensuring exporters comply with the quality and standard of goods being exported to Tanzania as per Tanzania Bureau of Standards.
• Verification of Export Documents such as Proforma Invoice/Commercial Invoice, Packing list and various quality documents -Test Reports, ISO accreditations, MSDS, Product Catalogue and uploading them into Tradeworks(Customized web based software) as per SOP
• Excelled in Coordinating with overseas associates, internal clients and suppliers for monitoring the inspections held and issue Certificate of Conformity within specified turnaround time.
• Underwent Initial Learning Program for 30 days. The program included training of SAP (Basics), MS-Office, Root cause analysis, Email Etiquette, Telephone etiquette, Customer Service skills.
• Worked in PeopleSoft 8.3 web enabled HRMS executing daily payroll operations for U.S hourly workers. Client-OWENS CORNING

As I was a part of esteemed self-financing (Accounting and Finance) course of the college I underwent the following:- 1.) Work on individual and group projects of every subjects during the semester and give presentations to the faculties. 2.) Participate in various activities initiated by the college this includes leading my division in a social event, participate in sports and other extra-curricular activities. 3.) Managed Walk for One India - One Time- Main Event of the college- Spreading various types of Awareness among the people in Dombivli.
