• Ensure proper implementation of established administration and HR policies and procedures.

• Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services such as ( transportation, Medical, Life, Meals, Etc .
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law
• Design/ evaluate /modify benefits policies to ensure that current programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate deals related to employees benefits & making budget proposal
• Calculates and forecasts the financial impact of various compensation programs & Recommends program adjustments.
• Manage payroll & salary process, sales incentive, bonus, awards, reconciliation and severance payment
• Build new personnel policies based on business growth and budget - Play a role as a policy keeper
• Conduct salary survey and make a report about where we are from the market wages
• Review & reevaluate the current JD's based on new accountabilities & Assist in writing the new JD's for new positions with direct managers
• Manage the quarterly & yearly performance appraisals with full presentation about the result to the Management
• Provide data needed for strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/ feedback/ provide consultant for HR head in following issues
Hiring & redundancy plan, etc
• Monitor staff movement to ensure labor productivity
• Track and reconcile headcount planning
• Build people cost properly and monitor general Admin expenses strictly
• Provide data to Finance/ third party to run payroll and to track the accuracy
after all
• Manage third party to ensure cost effectiveness and accuracy in reporting
Supervising the payroll for 1000 employees, Review the whole cycle ( tax calculation with end of year tax reconciliation & Social Security reconciliation & overtime & bonus & Incentives & Deductions) &
Casual Labors (outsource) & Opening bank accounts, transfers
Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non - exempt status.
Create proposals, develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Analyze and evaluation the compensations & benefits & wages for employees
Ensure company compliance with Egyptian laws
Supervising maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
Prepare reports, such as headcount & turnover& redundancy& new hire & retirement plan
Analyze and monitor staff effectiveness and make recommendations of changes which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and the market
Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits and procedures.
