As a MEP Project Manager responsible to manage all projects within budget in line with Business Unit, set time schedules, authorities’ requirements and Company’s procedures. Ensure compliance with QA/QC & HSE policies all to the customer’s satisfaction and reporting to General Manager/Operation manager. I lead and support all MEP staff on projects managing
MEP packages from pre- construction to the final handover. This includes liaison with the Consultants/Architect/client and other stakeholders and ensuring the project completion on time.
The role covers all aspects of MEP service packages (i.e.Mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, AV-IT, BMS, security, TV Broadcasting, lifts, kitchen, pool and irrigation etc.) on all building construction projects. The responsibilities. also includes Developing key individuals within a group motivate team members and develop and maintain focus in critical situation to achieve project milestones and organization goals.
Preparation of Heat load calculation Building wise.
Selection of equipments and accessories for HVAC Design Built Jobs
Design of Ducting system &Preparation schematic fresh air and exhaust air
riser diagram
Design of chilled water pipe sizing &preparation of schematic chilled water
riser diagram
check including Hydraulic calculation and ESP calculations for
AHU/FCU/Fans
Co-ordination with Design sub-consultant, Main Contractor, PMC and
Client’s Engineer.
Preparation of design deliverables and schedules, assigning the design
deliverables to sub-consultant to achieve the milestone dates. Preparation of
material approval sheet and getting approval from PMC consultant.
Review of HVAC Shop drawings, MEP builders works drawings & MEP coordination
drawings.
Coordination with procurement of materials as per the project specification.
Coordination of mechanical services such as HVAC, Firefighting and
Plumbing (drainage, water supply) services with other MEP services.
Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly schedules and progress reports.
Insure progress of work in accordance with approved work program, shop
floor drawings, material submittals, and project quality assurance plan &
method statements.
Attending progress, co-ordination & site meetings with Main contractor.
Career Profile: Worked as Project Manager (MEP) with Almoayyed Air conditioning company,
(Group of Y.K.Almoayyed), Kingdom of Bahrain. From June 2006 to Feb 2009.
Assignments: Handled various HVAC prestigious projects with motivated team.
Preparation of Project schedules and man power allocations for the various
hierarchal projects to complete in time.
Coordination with Main Contractors, Architect / Consultants and Clients for reviewing of projects to achieve the mile stone dates as per project schedule.

5. HVAC works for the Butter fly building at Juffair (B.F+ G.F + M.F +F.F to 20th Floor - 1200 TR air cooled chilled water system. BHD Half million.
