• Selling new cars.
• Welcoming and qualifying the client.
• Explaining the buying options (service plans, extended warranty and insurance ....)
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
• Areeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests,
• Matching requirements, and interests to various models and budge.
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Offering test drive, finalizing the deal and get a down payment. • Assisting client with bank requirements in case of car loan.
• Present a special delivery style for the car suit the reason of buying (wedding gift - graduation gift ....)
• Maintain good relation with clients by after sale services, to update them with all our new promotions, trade in options, new accessories and new service plans.
• Consistently closes sales and exceeds sales targets.
• Offering trade in.
• Study market demand, prices, knowing the best sale modelsand offer a trade in option.
• Knowing the customer selling price expectation, checking car history and offering an initial buying amount.
• Advertisement
• Posting the cars on the social media and automobiles websites.
• Joining social events, and aim to find prospect client and deals
