Creation of End to end Transition framework.
Creation of Transition Business case and Project Initiation document.
Solution identification and FTE analysis.
Due diligence of project plan, project approval, Risk and Compliance check list, creation of knowledge transfer plan and time lines.
Follow through project till stabilization and handover to operations for KPI tracking.
Monitoring and controlling of budget through-out the project life cycle.
• Responsible for Managing people in accounts receivable process for EMEA and North America region. Including direct reporting of 1 Assistant Manager and 2 Management Trainees. Indirect reporting of 14 FTEs.
• Managing team appraisal & development of team leads through one on one and feedback process.
• Weekly review of operations governance with the team leads and with senior leadership before circulating to the stakeholders.
• Reviewing monthly SLA and performance metrics for the entire operations groups.
• Managing SOX monthly compliance requirement for respective controls.
• Managing contractual productivity that is committed to the business.
• Developing of monthly variable incentive plan for the teams.
• Mentoring teams for quality lean and GB projects.
• Managing productivity against the target agreed with Business.
