Primary responsibilities included Financial Planning, Analysis, Reporting, Management and Operations reporting framework and driving the analytic effort to facilitate the decision making by Leadership.
Involved in ensuring the fiscal discipline and setting the process in place for Budgets, Forecasts, Variance analysis with function Stakeholder, Management reports for South Asia region.
Joined a start up environment foreseeing on automation of system which include (AR/AP), Function P&L and Consolidation
of reports and instrumental in customizing & enhancing SAP applications with the help of IS Dept.
Liaison with Commercial operation to driving the result target result for South Asia region.
Instrumental in driving discipline around Internal Controls and Compliance in terms of Project Documentations, Revenue recognition, Accrual for costs, and to an extent flagging off engagements on Profitability parameters.
Worked on automation and customization of tools on setting process for Healthcare Invoicing and also Vendor Management.
● Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Analysis to business/function leadership with effective
alignment to Business needs.
● Proactively partnering with the Business on driving the performance. Help Business / Function
achieve the target for the period.
● Provide periodical, value added support on reporting and analysis reviews as required from time
to time including adhoc requests.
● To work with group finance, other business analysts, IS teams and global finance managers on
Period End book closure process and on related reviews and controls.
● Develop, publish proactive inputs and appropriate review packs for periodical business reviews.
● Contribute to process improvement projects within the team and with Business/ Functions.
Implement best practices within the organisation / industry.
● Contribute, work with IS / Functional analysts in development and launch new MIS support /
review systems required from time to time.
● Managing cost analysis, variance analysis, budgeting and high priority managements reports on
regular intervals.
● Quality and internal control are ensured in all process in order to meet the KPI's.
● Prepare trend analysis for business units on the basis of cost for efficient budgeting and
decision making.
● Measure/Analyze the key performance indicators, actual performances vs. business objectives.
● To ensure zero monthly account payable, based on time billing and cross charges (Inter
Corporate level).
● Customer survey are conducted periodically to maintain the business standard deliveries.
● Maintaining the checklists to ensure that all the process/procedures are followed for audit purpose
of EMEA Region.
● Ensure optimal utilization of resources and to minimize cost of service simultaneously ensure
the quality.
● Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, Legal, Shared Services,
AR, Procurement, in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
● Analyzing global purchase order report for one account categorizes for external vendors.
● Currently handling EMEA countries i.e., France, Great Britain, Hungary, Nethralands,
South Africa, Ireland, Czec, Germany, Demark, Dubai and Denmark etc.
● Maintaining of Inter Corporate Accounts. Reconciliation of account payable and account
receivable balances relating to the inventory transactions for US regions.
● My role encompasses the activity to identify the discrepancy between the goods receipts and
invoice receipts for the US which creates a residual in the associated target accounts.
● Single point of contact for the quality/six sigma scores of the team(report of KPI, process
metrics for Account payable and account receivable).
● Single point of contact for the audit-sensitive details and updates for the team like the CAPA
and JV trackers(In this role, we have documented the process-centric details for audit needs,
new employee reference, and cross-functional training requirements).
● Auditing the inter corporate account and reduce the account error and handling client queries on
the accounts.
● Posting ledger entries in the respective account during MEC and non MEC periods.
● Monthly MIS reports on team performance monthly followed by presentations.
● Worked on SAP (System Application and Product in Data Processing) Software & JDE (J.D.
Edward) Software.
● Assist the customer to solve their issues, which will create a long term relationship with
customer.
● Posting manual entries for the respective corporate accounts for credit entries with an approval
from credit department.
● Maintaining a opening and closing balance for the shops, which includes tracking of sales of
postpaid, prepaid stocks and etc.
● Worked on CRM (Customer Relation Management) Oracle Based Software.
● Preparing individual shop and stock performance on daily basis and presenting them to
management for their future plan of action.
● Auditing of the reports on daily basis (Shop, Revenue, Cashier and Cancellation Reporting)
● Preparing the closing reports of the shop account on daily basis, also do the analysis for closing
stock and auditing of the closing stock in daily basis.
