HR Policies & Procedures & Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in accordance with applicable legislations and in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding: Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management system/programs. Employee Relations / Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and feedback mechanisms. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.
