• Analyzed the prevailing wages of USA and developed a system to be utilized by the compensation and visa department for visa applications.
• Developed salary structures for overseas countries i.e. USA, GCC, Europe etc. for onsite and Business Development employees
• Developed internal payroll and communication applications with the IT team, leading to reduction in processing time by 50% and reduction in employee queries from 123 to 7.
