Successfully managing multiple projects and teams at the same time for group of companies and projects under the headquarter company Beverly Hills Developments in Cairo, Egypt.

Selected accomplishments:
- Developed and launched re-branding marketing and communication strategy, web and direct marketing campaigns that put the mall on the map, which resulted in 70% increase of the traffic in the mall.
- Developing Web site to transform previously archaic intranet into a dynamic website improving communication flow and adding an effective sales tool for field reps.
- Content creation for print materials and training's that enhanced the sales reps' understanding the leasing and helped them sell more effectively.

As Account Manager in this advertising and PR agency my responsibility was dealing, creating and managing clients and campaigns.
My major clients were Ford, BMW, MINI Cooper, Volvo, Macedonian Post.
Selected accomplishments:
- Creating and developing all launching events for promoting the new BMW - Series 3, the new Ford Focus & MINI Clubman, with excellent execution and reviews.
- Creating 3th place winning guerrilla activity on international level - MINI Disco Fever for MINI Cooper.
- Responsible for creating and re-branding the Macedonian Post with the successful campaign "Било што, било каде".
As Croatian BTL agency I was working on regional level in Skopje, Belgrade, Zagreb and Ljubljana responsible for all activities connected with promotions, events and guerrilla for my main clients: Tikves, Heineken International, Skopje Brewery, Burn Energy Drink, Fructal, Amstel.
Selected accomplishments:
- Increasing the market share and sales for 35% with the BTL campaing for TIKVES "Day and Night" for Special Selection line on regional level.
- Developing BTL activities for Skopsko Brewery and Burn resulting in increasing sales of 30% and creating awareness.
I finished my studies on special department developed and supported in coordination with Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The studies and the learning process were held in English by professors from Belgium, Netherlands and Macedonia. The exams were also in English consisting of two parts: 40% theoretical and 60% practical work, mostly helped with projects. The program was designed to prepare the students for the now days trends of digital era in the fields of Marketing, Management and Business.
