• Post-service engineering experience in erection, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and
on-site rectification of distribution dry-type transformers across multiple organizations and
projects.
• Hands-on involvement in installation and commissioning of dry-type transformers at diverse
locations including data centres, rural electrification projects, commercial buildings, railway
installations, metro stations, and small commercial facilities.
• Executed pre-commissioning and commissioning tests such as insulation resistance (IR), polarity
checks, voltage ratio verification, winding resistance measurements, and functional checks prior
to energization.
• Performed fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance for issues related to overheating, abnormal
noise, insulation deterioration, loose connections, unbalanced loading, and protection interlocks.
• Coordinated on-site activities with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and utility authorities to
