Project scope: In central Srilanka mountains - 434 km of drinking water Transmission and distribution DI & HDPE pipelines, Service reservoirs, Booster pumping stations, culverts and metallic bridges.
Waste Heat Recovery Project (ADNOC)
Scope include managing installation of under ground & above ground piping systems for Utility power & water plant expansion project. Systems include sea water Intake/Outfall, Fresh cooling water lines, Multi effect distillation units, Steam Turbine condenser's & other related utilities for desalination units.
Execution of GRV Butt & Wrap lamination type - up to 98" dia
GRE Butt & Wrap lamination type - up to 38" dia
GRE Adhesive bonded joint type - up to 24" dia
Construction supervision of AG/UG piping, Specialized in Site execution of large dia pipelines and cranes up to 500T capacity for projects in UAE, Qatar & Saudi. Experience in GRP/GRE/GRV Lamination, Socket & Spigot (coupler Joints), GRE Adhesive, Threaded, RSL, HDPE Butt fusion/ Electro fusion, Pvc/Upvc, GRP Manhole with Back drop & Anti-flotation, Carbon Steel chilled water network.
Execution of GRP cooling water Lamination & Coupler pipes - up to 4000 mm dia pipelines
Erection of GRV/GRE for oil & gas, chilled water - up to 1300 mm diameter
Erection of HDPE sewer & storm water drains - up to 600 mm diameter
